Membership

  • What all details I need to give to enrol?
    Answer:
    At time of enrollment you would be required to provide the following: Name and Contact Details including a Mobile Number, Landline Number, a valid Email id and complete Postal Address to send the membership kit We would also require your Company name, Designation & Spouse Name and Membership fees.
  • What is the membership fee?
    Answer:
    You may check the same by visiting the particular hotel, listed under the Benefits section.
  • How do I enroll?
    Answer:
    You may enroll by filling up the Contact Us form, or by contacting us at the relevant number or e-mailing us at the address mentioned under the Contact Us page.
  • Is there any criteria for becoming a member of Eat Drink & More?
    Answer:
    Yes, the criteria are as below: I. Membership to the Programme is open to all individuals who are aged 18 years and above. II. The membership is open only to individuals. For Corporations, associations or groups enrolment into the Programme, they may write to us through http://www.eatdrinkmore.com/user/login.html III. The Programme is open to resident Indian nationals or a foreigner/non-resident Indian holding a valid work permit and residing in India. IV. The Programme is not open to employees of Starwood and its subsidiary companies. V. Enrolment into the Programme must be in the individual's full legal name, and will be processed only on payment of the prevailing membership fee in INR and on submission of a full and correct postal address and a valid telephone number in India as well as a valid e-mail address.
  • Do I need to submit any documents at time of enrolling into the membership?
    Answer:
    Unless otherwise specified, we would require only the Postal address, a valid telephone number in India as well as a valid e-mail address.
  • Do I get any benefit while staying at the participating hotels?
    Answer:
    Yes, the Dining benefits & South Asia benefits stated or mentioned above are applicable.
  • Is the membership valid at Dhaka?
    Answer:
    Yes, the Dining benefits & some of the South Asia benefits are valid at Dhaka , kindly check the Benefits of the specific hotel.
  • Which payment options are available?
    Answer:
    You may choose to pay by Cash/ Credit Card or Cheque.
  • When do I receive the membership package ?
    Answer:
    You would receive the membership package (card and booklets) within 2 weeks of realization of the membership payment.
  • How soon can I start enjoying my benefits?
    Answer:
    As soon as the payment starts reflecting on our accounts, you  would be issued a temporary card through which you can start availing the benefits.
  • How many certificates may I use at one time?
    Answer:
    You can use only 1 certificate at any given point of time. However, the dining benefits can be clubbed with  accommodation vouchers
  • Can I expect additional offers on the membership over the year?
    Answer:
    The Hotel/s will keep sending you exclusive offers from time to time. The dining discounts may or may not apply depending on the offer.
  • Can any of my benefits be transferred to another person, such as my family member or my friend?
    Answer:
    Yes, there are certain benefits, which are transferable. It would be mentioned in the Terms & Conditions at the back of the voucher.
